Zne10 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing use of the zne10 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the zne10 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use zne10's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of your place of residence;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not be located in a geographic region where access to this platform is prohibited under local law;
- Register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.
Zne10 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to reject or terminate the account of any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above.
2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure and confidential. zne10 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to protect their login credentials.
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed without prior notice.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any fraudulent activity, uploading malicious software, or attempting to hack into any system. The use of bots or automated scripts for betting purposes or to manipulate game outcomes is strictly forbidden.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all personal information in their account is accurate and up to date. Failure to provide truthful information may result in delays in withdrawal processing or account closure.
3. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All financial transactions on the zne10 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the chosen payment method and may change from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate and not derived from any unlawful activity. zne10 reserves the right to conduct compliance checks, including Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen payment method. Withdrawals are typically processed within one to three business days. zne10 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.

4. Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the zne10 platform — including brand names, logos, interface design, graphics, text, and software — is the property of zne10 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without written authorisation.
Limitation of Liability
Zne10 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or service disruptions arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount of their most recent unused deposit balance in their account.
Third-Party Links
This platform may contain references to third-party services. zne10 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any external websites or services referenced. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of the relevant third parties separately.
Service Disruption
Zne10 will endeavour to keep the platform running smoothly at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any damage or loss arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance, or events beyond our control.
5. Account Policy, Suspension, and Closure
Zne10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:
- Breaching any provision of these terms and conditions;
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
- Providing false information during registration or the KYC process;
- Attempting to manipulate games or the payment system;
- Upon request by the relevant law enforcement authorities.
If an account is suspended due to confirmed fraudulent activity, the balance in that account may be frozen pending investigation. Users whose accounts are closed on valid grounds will not be compensated for loss of access.

6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Zne10 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the zne10 platform shall be resolved through the relevant courts in Malaysia, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
